Superbill Provided:
At the conclusion of your appointment, you will receive a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by provider.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please review our policy below:

• Cancellations at least two business days before your appointment

  • Receive a 50 percent refund of your consultation fee.

  • The remaining 50 percent may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment (valid for one year).

• Rescheduling at least two business days in advance

  • No penalty. You may reschedule at no additional cost.

• Late cancellations (within two business days of your appointment)

  • No refund or credit will be issued.

Refunds and credits will be issued based on this cancellation policy.
